How do I login to subscribe to watch Rumble

Just purchased my first ROKU and getting it set up.  I click to add Rumble and it says I need to login in order to subscribe.  So I click the OK but nothing happens.

When you highlight "Subscriptions" press the right arrow button and then "OK" or follow the link (https://rumble.com/pair ).
