I received tv and tried signing in but there is someone's email signed in already. I have tried everything except factory reset. Every procedure wants me to put in a password or roku pin...if I had that information I wouldn't be writing now. Any help would be very helpful
Once you've tried everything except a factory reset, then it's probably time for the factory reset. (Really the seller should have done that before selling it.)
