I have a Roku stick plugged in the living room TV. My bedroom TV is a Vizio smart TV but has no Roku. How can I add Roku to my bedroom TV without buying another stick

Sorry, you can't. Some TVs have The Roku Channel app, but it's not a substitute for an actual Roku device.
