Disney APP or Disney+ App, keeps appearing while watching my YouTUbe and Freezes

Dear Roku User:

Just recently my Roku Express Devices and acting up, each time I open up a streaming app like YouTube, another app, then out of know where this Disney or Disney+ Apps shows up in the middle or bottom of  my screens, and it "freezes" the entire TV Screen, to me sounds like Firmware "hack" I did a Roku Update just recently Friday Oct 18 2024, not sure if this was the cause.  I reset the device, that didn't work, so I did a major or master reset (Factory Setting) now I lost ALL of my original apps and had no idea which app I had. This device should have recording app to record which app you have.  It should a recovery mode like in Windows 7, 10, 11 where it can recover all of your apps.

I don't know about the Disney thing, but if you linked your Roku device to the same Roku account that it was linked to before the factory reset all of your apps should have returned.  You may have to sign in again in some of the apps.  If they're not there, try restarting it and/or a "Software update".
