Content shrinks to small window in top left of the full screen

I’m having this issue of the film playing in a smaller screen in the top left…. Why and how to fix it as it’s annoying. Also I’m experiencing sound not in sync with the film what’s going on I’ve tried everything even 2 factory resets nothing changes.

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? 
1. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
2. Have you tried changing the Display setting on the device? have you already tried this troubleshooting step to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
3. What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

I had an Ultra that was "buggy" 

Replaced that with the 4k Stick and took the loss.

The 4k stick works great on the TV and there's no sync or display problems.
