Can't update software error 003 and tried every suggestion on this site.l This is fresh out of the box and will not budge. Hot spot, wired, wireless, 3 different wireless accounts. Nothing. How do I get my money back from Roku. I have 2 other Roku's that work just fine. Upgrading my upstairs viewing with a new, out of the box and it's a complete failure. Both the box and the stick.

Roku is having an issue with some of their servers. It's nothing on your end, and Roku is working on the issue.

My roku express has been restarting itself for unknown reason for the past few months. It wasnt so bad to where it was a problem. Its now restarting so often, its become a problem. So i tried updating it. Error 003. Ok, so i factory reset the device. It restarts and goes to the setup. I click english, i choose my wifi, type password, it connects. Instantly Error 003. Cant update software. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Im on fiber optic internet. I hit the home button and then back button, 5 times each. And took a picture of the dialog box that appeared. It reads:

I too am experiencing the update error. your website says you knew of this problem over a year ago. well fix it or i return the tv and tell walmart that i will tell others to not buy this tv as it is a failure. Fix it now
