Roku setup

Hi I’m a brand new roku user and my internet was just installed and my service is working. However, i can’t get past the initial setup screen because it’s saying unable to update software error 004. Help please. Nothing is working. I have the roku 4K.

Have you tried connecting your Roku device to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot to see if you can finish activating your Roku device? Then once your device is setup, try switching back to your home wireless network.
