Activate Device issues with Roku Express

I receive Activation email with link, I select the link, new browser opens with "Name your Device" and the circle just spins.........nothing happens after that.  How can I get past this screen?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
