I have one home with two Roku-enabled TVs and a vacation home with a separate Roku device and I wish to have both run simultaneously. Do I require two Roku accounts and how do I register for the second account?
You don't need a second account. If you do want a second account for some reason, you can create another using an email address that's different than the one you used for your first account.
If you do set your second home up with a separate Roku account, note that it will not give you access to any paid subscriptions you are paying for through your first Roku account.
The only potential problem I can see with using the same Roku account simultaneously at two different locations comes not from Roku, but from some channels that limit how many simultaneous streams they will support. You can have the same limitation in a single home with several Rokus.
Where do I do the Roku set up for the second home? Do I hook it up and register it and set it up at my current home or the 2nd home I want to use it at?
It doesn't matter.
