I've been trying to cancel this ruku and MGM account forever. It's gotten to the point now to where my bank is. Charging me $35 because of the continual tries that roku is doing. I'm about ready to call the fair trade commission and the l on how I can stop these people from charge. Trying to take money out of my account. They don't have a phone support, so you can talk to somebody about the matter. And I try to make it like it's your fault. What's a person to do so for following the legal means?
