I’ have yet to watch some channels on Roku app on my iPhone when I go to watch on mobile it says something went wrong with playback. Please try again later 

help me with this issue

We appreciate the details. Does the issue occur on a specific channel or all the channels installed on your device?

Please be aware that if you cannot play videos and videos from the other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.

Wsmv news channel plus movies by lifetime 

iOS 17.5.1 iPhone 14 it started few days ago 

reinstalled app reset network settings so far nothing

Yes Just on my device in my iPhone just those two  Channels

I went to Roku app I tied the  wsmv chsnbrl

and movies by lifetime channel 

on my iPhone it kept saying the same something went wrong during playback 

please try again later 

help me with issue 

I reached out to lifetime support too

Thanks for keeping in touch!

If you are already in touch with the channel provider's Support team, we recommend continuing to work with them as they would best assist you moving forward.

However, for troubleshooting purposes, we suggest you uninstall and reinstall the Roku app and sign back in; we recommend giving it a shot once again.

Yes, you can also try rebooting the router and then proceeding to the steps I've provided above.

In addition, please let the provider's customer support team know the troubleshooting steps you took with us to resolve the issue so that they are aware and can provide other steps besides this.
