All Roku devices tied to the same Roku account will have the same apps. If you add a new Roku device (whether a set-top box, stick, or TV) it will automatically load the same apps as the other devices on that account.
Now, you may have to log in to the apps. Some Roku apps use Roku's single sign on (SSO) process and will automatically be logged in. Many don't, and you'll have to log in on those.
