So, your TV has a Roku device -- likely one in the Express family, but possibly one in the Premiere family or even a stick -- and it's plugged in to the TV instead of the included power adapter?
And your TV is not supplying enough power to the Roku device, causing either the TV or the Roku device to let you know that?
And you have decided to NOT follow the suggestion to use the power adapter that came with the Roku device?
If my understanding is correct, I'm going to suggest you rethink your decision and use the power adapter that came with the Roku.
