Still have old Roku models? Find help and recommendations for older Roku devices that no longer receive software updates or aren't eligible for channel updates.
I did hear from Roku Support. The upshot is, all they can do is offer a discount on a new Roku box. They are not able or willing to fix a problem with an out-of-support product for older (SD) TVs.
My Roku's are all HDMI, but I have 2 of them that are a little older. With the latest update, they don't stay connected to my wifi. They have been fine up until a couple of weeks ago. I am hoping they send out an update to fix whatever is going on.
