HELP! Won’t Show But Threw Channels

Jump to solution

It let me add the channels I wanted via roku/activate, but none are there, and the one that is won’t let me sign into it. Then after I activated it, it said since I was a long time user they were offering me a upgrade at half the price, but now I have no idea how to find it. This sucks because I’ve had this box for 12 years, and another for 6, then started steaming with our satellite. Now we are full streamers, and the old boxes don’t work! Help!

12 and 6 years old? They are probably no longer supported. In particular, many developers will only support newer models due to performance and other limitations.
