Why Can't people find anyone to build a Roku channel

Hey why is it that a simple free Channel by Roku . Is so hard to find a legit person to build ones channel . Your telling me for 25-30 dollars an hour the world can't find anyone that wants work . The companies that list under all kinds of fake scam sites or companies charging thousands of dollars is a joke  ....Hello .......What's Going On

@Billie20212  , why don't you  build it yourself  , it's not that complicated .....

and you can find "normal" people to build a channel for you , you just need to look for normal people ...
