Since you announced the roku bug has been fixed, my videos are in search but categories will not show up.
Have you specified Categories from the feed file, or, from Custom? I don't think you can mix the two.
Thanks for replying. I have tried both at separate times. I had tried with categories from the feed and from custom.
Most of the time, content does not show up due to some mismatch with tags. I would suggest you take a deep dive on your categories to make sure the associated tags are correct.
Also, changes are not reflected in a channel immediately. Have you waited about 4-6 hours for your changes?
Looking at your feed it only has about 4 Tags (Movie, Interview, Gen 7 & Coming Soon) a few vids have multiple Tags which include Gen7exclusive and RedLection 2020.
Are you sure you have Tags for each of the 9 Categories? Also they are case sensitive fwiw.
I have noticed I changed my branding and store information last week and nothing has changed. Wonder if I still have the bug?
If your channel is live & you keep the same feed url it should still auto read it every 6 hours or so.
