Monetization by Direct Publisher

I can't access the setting of monetization, i just debug by my adserver url.

and the channel can run when select no monetization.

At the top you have an error message "Your Tax identification failed validation. Please correct your payment information"  Probably needs an EIN# or something for 1099 purposes.
