Monetization Tab in Preview / Publish Section is not working.

I am trouble shooting our Publisher Direct Ad Tag and for some reason when the "Monetization" tab is clicked nothing happens making access to this section unreachable.  Is this section locked down for some reason?monetization tab.JPG
