Re: Having an issue with XML feed

Click on Feed URL, do you have any errors?  That is why you can't click on "Publish".  You can have errors with Feed Status but not Feed URL.

No, I'm not showing any errors on either one... however the "!" is still there.

If you haven't already, save the feed url again.  Maybe it will go away.  Other than that, I don't know.

Re: Having an issue with XML feed

You can also try this: rename your JSON file and resubmit that as a new URL.  Maybe that will trick the system to think it is a new url and to evaluate it as new feed.

I have been able to get it to ingest my video feed. I have also previewed my channel and everything seems to be working correctly. However, I still have a "!" beside the feed url and feed status. Any ideas?

But- AHHH I'm so thankful I am actually seeing results! You're amazing, Mediadisconnect!

Try going back through and saving your categories again.

I had this problem before. I changed my  "providerName" in feed, renamed the file and system accepted my feed.

Re: Having an issue with XML feed

I've done all of the suggestions. Still getting same status - says all has ingested fine, but still a "!" beside both the URL and the Feed Status.

I am thankful for everyone's input tho!!

Try creating another channel with all the setting from the original.  See if the ! goes away.  Other than that you will have to contact support...
