Does Manually Replace MP4 files hosted reconverted videos requires a Refresh?

Thank You, then it seems that i have a problem, no matter which converter i use, it is just trying to load, but returns to the video description page.
(i have used handbrake, several other converters but i was unsure if for each upload of the new reconverted video i had to wait another 6-12 hours to validate it, last i used in handbrake was for MP4 720 with surround setting)

well .......  looking at your video link - your video type is not mp4 is HLS
