Can't talk to any one

I ordered a Roku through your site on Nov. 8th and I don't have I yet. I can't call to check on it or chat with anyone. How do I get this taken care of?

You guys seem to have this site set up so that it's impossible to communicate with a human.

I do hope you get your product, they're great. This however is the incorrect place in the forum for this request as we are not Roku employees nor work with the company. Try posting in this thread:  https://community.roku.com/t5/Accounts-Billing-Orders/Need-Assistance-Item-Never-Received/td-p/51799...  or even better, search for the Roku employee poster (RokuTanner) and send them a PM. Be sure you are logged in in order to PM someone, log in > Click on their username > View Profile > Send Private Message.
