Ad Server Software for Windows 10

Hi guys, 

I have a Dell server at home running Plex and was wondering if anyone knows of software to run an Ad-Server from home. I can't seem to find an affordable service.    

Or if anyone knows of an inexpensive ad-server, please post the link.

i use adspeed.com - affordable and good quality - they have a free trial  - i used  them for couple of years now 🙂
