I am a developer in INDIA ,for the last 10 days i have been trying to make a private channel for a client but i am unable ,after uploading the package in the web it shows the error "error uploading the package ,try again or ask technical support".

It could be a number of things but first I would check the pkg file size. I believe the limit is 4megs.
