What is the required height & width for the splash_screen_fhd parameter in the manifest? NOTE: fhd, not hd.

1920x1080 for full screen, but just as with the other splash screen images, anything smaller than that will be centered on the specified background color.

The size of the screen: 1920x1080, although I don't believe it's an actual requirement for it to be a specific size.
