screenshot
I'm trying to take a screenshot using the web interface and all I ever get is a weird picture of the menu not my application. Not sure what I could be doing wrong.
I have: ver 4.6 - build 240 / model 3100x

To be clear, your channel zip is sideloaded and running when you take the screenshot?

I'm not sure I follow. I'm just using the built in screenshot functionality on the roku web interface.

To get a valid screenshot, your app has to be opened. When you are inside the application, on the screen you want to capture, then use screenshot button. Sorry for my english...

You can't take a screenshot through the web interface if your app is currently playing a video file.
