I'm trying to take a screenshot using the web interface and all I ever get is a weird picture of the menu not my application. Not sure what I could be doing wrong.

I have: ver 4.6 - build 240 / model 3100x

thanks for the help

Re: screenshot

To be clear, your channel zip is sideloaded and running when you take the screenshot?

What model of Roku do you have, and what is the firmware version?

Re: screenshot

What type of screen does your channel use? Is it an roScreen or an roImageCanvas?

Re: screenshot

I'm not sure I follow. I'm just using the built in screenshot functionality on the roku web interface.

Re: screenshot

To get a valid screenshot, your app has to be opened. When you are inside the application, on the screen you want to capture, then use screenshot button. Sorry for my english...

Re: screenshot

You can't take a screenshot through the web interface if your app is currently playing a video file.
