So I have a channel that needs to get a text file off the internet of xml code for podcasts.
It would be under 50k

I was using google docs but stopped working.
Looking for a site that I could put this file and read with the http.seturl function.

For a file so small, you could probably get away with using it on your own personal webspace provided by your ISP. Most service providers give their users at least html access to a small 1-megabyte storage area for a free personal web page.
If that's not an option for your situation, consider searching google for a free web host.
