i need help on something

need a little help on something i have a friend of mine on the channel pear forum asks how do you convert live rtmp files to live m3u8 file to use on channel pear and on roku.any help would be appreciated.Could ROKUDale please get in touch with me.

Roku doesn't support rtmp. You'll need a server that converts the stream to hls. There's no way to do it with the Roku alone.
