First of all, you need somewhere to store your videos online,
Here is a list.
Then you need to create a list in XML or JSON of the videos you have stored. You can do this manually, or use a language like PHP to dynamically create the list.
Next you need to create a Roku application that downloads the XML or JSON list and assigns the values therein to variables, and uses those variables to both display the images and information in your XML or JSON and to play the videos in response to user input with the remote.
