Except creatine new video instance, what are the other possible issues that causes the error :

failed to create media player!!!

I've never seen that error, so I don't know. I would image that if it's low on free memory that could do it.

Now I can say I've seen this error. It was after I was doing a lot of graphics stuff, so probably some kind of memory problem. I just restarted my Ultra and I haven't seen it again, yet...
