app loaded crashes on run - no debug output
I've put together a quick app using the Brightcove template set, and uploaded to the Roku box (2.9). On run, it appears to either timeout or just crash. Debugger never gives any output. I can see and select the channel I've uploaded, but never can get to the videos described in our list of playlists. Brightcove API key is confirmed as good and accurate.
Is there perhaps a firmware update that is needed, or some other known issue? I'd love to provide more information but the debugger never returns anything except "connection lost" when the Roku restarts.
Thanks for any help.

If the roku restarts, then most likely it crashes before the debugger can begin processing. Have you tried tracing your code from the first line executed?

Thanks for the response.
I haven't tried tracing - no. The code I'm using is a templated package I received from Roku. It's their Brightcove template package.

Re: app loaded crashes on run - no debug output
You may have an older version of the BrightCove template. It can crash with very large playlists. PM me your email address and I can give you an updated version that behaves better.
