I'm trying to upload a channel on #Roku Plugin Installation. The channel I'm trying to upload is the #GridScreen channel from the Roku developer tutorial videos and I'm using the codes available on #GitHub.

But every time I try to upload the channel an #error message pops up reading: "Install Failure: No manifest. Invalid package."

You may not be able upload the zip of the sample files as is.  You need to unzip them.  I can't remember if there is a zip of the sample already included in the archive or you will need to create a zip that includes the folders for source, components, images and manifest file at the top level of the zip.

For compression, you need to select all project files and compress using right click. You should not use right-click zip on folders that contain all project files.
