Tracking Channel Removal

How can I track the number of people who currently have my channel installed? I an easily track when a channel is added, because of the requests sent as part of the Rendevouz style registration, but as far as I am aware, there is no way for us to be notified when someone removes our channel. Am I mistaken? Perhaps a configurable callback could be added so that we can track removals.

Thanks!

Re: Tracking Channel Removal

We don't have a method for that. You can check total installs by going to https://owner.roku.com/Developer/Apps and clicking on your channel, see the line that says "Accounts Installed". That doesn't tell you how many devices (since some people have more than one device on their account, but it does tell you approximately how many homes your channel is in.

Re: Tracking Channel Removal

Is this something that you could see being implemented in the future? It strikes me that without this, we are missing a very crucial piece of information, since we have no way of knowing what percentage of the users that installed our channel actually kept it installed.
