Testing Add Chnnel
I'm new to to roku development and are having trouble adding a new private test channel on roku web site.
Using the Vanity Access Code or the Access Code always gives me the error:
"The channel code provided is not associated with a valid channel."
Any idea of what I might be missing?

Are there are players attached to that very account? Is the channel allowed for all countries (or at least for account's country)?
I memory serves me, i have seen idiotic behavior (i.e. error massage making no sense) in such cases.

Yes, there are two players attached to that account. And United States is selected on the channel store.

keep emailing, daily if need be. if they don't respond within 1-2 days to a particular email, consider it lost - they'll never "get back to it"
