I want to swap out screenshots for a channel. I've already done so, and when I view the channel in the web store, it has the updated screen shots. I did not need to republish the application. However, the client is saying that they are still seeing an older screenshot. I confirmed it is not there for me. I don't see it when I'm logged out either. I suggested they clear their cache and try a different browser, but they can still see the old screenshot.
Any ideas?
