Swapping out screenshots

I want to swap out screenshots for a channel. I've already done so, and when I view the channel in the web store, it has the updated screen shots. I did not need to republish the application. However, the client is saying that they are still seeing an older screenshot. I confirmed it is not there for me. I don't see it when I'm logged out either. I suggested they clear their cache and try a different browser, but they can still see the old screenshot.

Any ideas?

Send me an email and I'll publish the properties to the Channel Store. I'm surprised they showed up in the Web store before we published the properties. Are you sure you are seeing the unpublished screenshots, you shouldn't be.
