Roku Developer Program

I set everything up on my private channel, I am using sorenson squeezeit 9 to encode, IIS smooth streaming.. I use the adaptivebitrate IIS defaults long form.. Everything plays fine on my computer using a basic silverlight player but on the roku it stutters. Is there something I'm missing here? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, I sent a pm.. as for the urls on my site it's a public site has been since 1992 so no need to hide urls.. And before 1992 since 1987 was a BBS.. lol..

Ok, 3 out of 4 people say the stuttering has stopped. the only people still with the problem only have roku 1's.. I adjusted the bitrates down to 2000KBS and it goes away.. apparently the roku 1 cannot support 3000+ KBS..
