Splash Screen showing in middle of playback
We have see numerous reports from our customers seeing the splash screen of our app in the middle of playback. Anyone experiencing this issue? It all started after January 2015. We are assuming it is related to HLS playback bug?
We have seen this ourselves, only work around was to hit the back arrow and play the stream again.

Re: Splash Screen showing in middle of playback
Hi, can you tell me:
which channel, what firmware (including build version), which hardware models you are seeing this on?

Re: Splash Screen showing in middle of playback
We have seen it on Roku 3 4200X version 6.1 build 5604. We have only tested on our own private channel so far. We will keep an eye on the Roku stick since we only have Roku 3's in our office.

Re: Splash Screen showing in middle of playback
It is being reported on public forum which they are calling it the "channel logo". In our case, its our private channel splash screen background. viewtopic.php?f=28&t=84016
