My Channel is currently in the process of approval, submitted 3/15/2015,
I checked the box that says additional fees may apply.
What do I need to do to make sure this will be a channel that
is not free. I Clicked on a link with a PDF that appears which is a agreement that looks like
it should be printed and mailed (Roku Billing Services Agreement) ?
So far I have added my PayPal address and selected that additional fees may occur,
but I am thinking I am missing something?
