Since the last firmware update, I am have a strange issue. My app works fine when sideloaded (kept running for days on multiple devices, not a single crash). But same version in release, downloaded from channel store crashes every hour or so (tested on many devices with many versions, all the devices got updated firmwares in April though).
Users of my app reported the crashes, which I was not able to replicate as I was running sideloaded version of the app. So I thought it was an issue with a single version of firmware, so I posted
this. But I was able to recreate the issue on my devices with different firmware versions when running in release mode.
Does Roku handles release mode app and side loaded app differently? Anybody else facing the same issue? Any way to debug or resolve it?
