AC/DC logo is broken. The spotlight glows are broken. The fly-by artist image shows doubling. It is not what the screen is showing.
When taking the screenshot there is corruption on anything large that is animating at the time. That record player in the top right is spinning constantly at 45RPM but it isn't corrupt in this exact image. Where the corruption mis-alignment occurs is always random. There is alot going on in this audio player. But it used to screenshot perfectly. It runs on the Roku perfectly.
Before the Roku used to "Pause" any activity on the screen while taking the screenshot. Then after the screenshot is taken it must catch up the animations. So a huge burst of speed as all the animations bursted to catch back up to the point they were supposed to be at. This included the record player spinning ridiculously fast and all the other animations bursting to catch up. It seems now they do not pause during screenshot.
You can see in the Artist image fly-by with the white border above. It moves bottom to top slowly. See the weird misaligned parts? Not sure why screenshots mechanism were changed.
Can the screenshot mechanism please go back to how it was before? It is hard to show mock up images and such of things when they appear to be broken and corrupt.
This is probably specific to the exact device platform.
Can you provide the model number and model name, and the Roku OS version?
You can get the Model and Software version information from Settings > System > About,
or from Issue Tracker (press Home 5 times, Back 5 times).
On the older firmware on this exact device the screenshots used to match the screen.
Since I have been updated to 12.5 is when I really notice the issue.
