I notice the schema is referred as always being located at https://devtools.web.roku.com/schema/RokuSceneGraph.xsd
Is it downloaded each time for each xml file during compilation, or is it downloaded once and cached in the Roku?
Would there be an issue if that file was included in the local pkg or on our own servers? If it was loaded from the package would the app initialize faster?
