Is there a way to open the Roku store on a certain page?

I have found one method in the External Control Guide, but "Roku Channel Store" seems to be no longer available on Roku 3.

Is there an updated way for newer devices?

Even if the "Channel Store as a channel" grid interface is not available, seems ECP /launch/11?contentID=chan# is grandfathered as the way to deep link.
