Roku Developer Program

I bought a roku device Second hand and wanted to relink it to my account to rename it,  and I realized the previous owner never unlinked it. I don't know the previous owner to ask them to remove it from there roku account. Is there any possible way to remove it or restart it completely?

@Marich3wy, the developer forum is for people that develop channels/apps for Roku devices.  You should have posted in the user forum:  https://community.roku.com/t5/Getting-Started-Setup-How-to/bd-p/getting-started

That being said, just perform a factory reset from Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Factory reset.
