A little help please. The situation we're seeing is certain videos cutting 10 seconds(give or take) off of the beginning of some of our videos. When a stick the video URL in VLC the video plays in its entirety. In a browser from our website the videos play in their entirety but on Roku the first part of it is cut off. Does anyone have an idea why/how this could happen?
