Roku Express Gilbert 3900X SL3000 support?

Does the Roku Express Gilbert 3900X device support security level SL3000 for Playready DRM?

The device isn't specified in the doc: https://partnersuccess.roku.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008155393-Should-I-expect-PlayReady-SL3000-to-w...[/color]

I haven't been able to achieve playback when enforcing minimum security level = 3000 when using this device however.
