Roku Developer Program

Setup:
Live: Live Stream -> Apple Stream Segmenter -> Apache on same Apple -> Roku
VOD: Apple File Segmenter -> Apache on same Apple -> Roku

Both VOD and Live work fine with the h264 3.1 baseline profile.

The issues start to happen when we up the h264 profile to 4.0. VOD continues to work flawlessly, but when we start using the file segmenter and live streaming the playback on the roku begins to stutter.
