Problem Displaying MediaFile msgerror on VAST 3.0 tag

Hi there,

We are an ad platform with a publisher trying to run a VAST 3.0 ad on their Roku channel. The issue is that we are not seeing the ad render on the channel. However, the ad renders fine on a web browser environment. The publisher reported this error:

If you try these in "Stream Tester Tool" at http://devtools.web.roku.com/stream_tes ... index.html, the 1st does not play on my Roku and the 2nd does. I don't know what the exact reason is (not formats expert). But consider using the above tool for troubleshooting videos
