There shouldn't be any players with that firmware. Does it have a menu option to check for updates?

Are you talking about a Roku player? Where did you get it from and what is the model number? I'm fairly sure no Roku player was ever released with that version number. Can you post a screenshot that shows the version number?

It has a svc button for updates. I 'don't post a screenshot to show that you are incompetent.
on the run with no autorun.brs in the SD slot and If no updates are placed, it shows firmware V0.0.25
